Brief Answer:
You need proper supplements.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You have low levels of serum calcium and Vitamin D 3. You need to have proper supplements to correct this deficiency.
I suggest you to consult an endocrinologist and get prescribed vitamin D and calcium supplements. Your symptoms should improve with that. Also eat magnesium rich foods like bananas, beans, chickpeas, fish, nuts, soybeans, spinach etc which are natural sources of magnesium.

Regarding vitamin D levels, you need to take a XXXXXXX of vitamin D with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each XXXXXXX contains 60,000 IU of vitamin D.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Thanks a lot Doc for a quick response.
I am taking Alendronate 70 mg weekly, so can I take Calcium suppliments with that. Or should I discontinue taking Alendronate tablets and continue taking calcium suppliments.

Brief Answer:
Take calcium along with it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
It is good that you are taking Alendronate. You need to take calcium and vitamin D 3 supplements along with it. Taking Alendronate alone will not help you adequately.
Hope my answer is helpful.
