Brief Answer:
Prolia is safe.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I can understand your concern,

Prolia is a safe drug. The benefits outweigh the potential adverse effects. When recommended, it is clearly because it will offer greater gains compared to not administering it. However, Prolia has a few possible adverse effects such as damage to the jaw bones, serious infections, etc. Others are minute and hardly cause serious worries.

In all, it is safe and I'd recommend it. In addition, exercise, reduced alcohol intake(if at all consume), no cigarettes(if any), calcium and vitamin D supplements will also provide additional benefits.

I hope this helps and guides. I wish you well.
Please feel free to follow up with me if need be.
Kind regards
