Brief Answer:
Could be an ovarian cyst
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
The rest of your symptoms are typically post menopausal.
They will ease out with time and estroven.
Ovarian pain and cramps are also associated with menopause, but then estroven should have helped that too.
Please get an evaluation for the pain.
There could be a cyst or inflammation there, causing such agonizing pain.
Please get a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound done, and an internal evaluation by an OB - GYN.
That would reveal the diagnosis.
HOpe your annual Paps are fine ?
looking forward to hearing from you.
