There are no skin lesions, just the blisters. There is a burning sensation. The condition started in August as small area at the base of hairline and it has spread all over my head.

Brief Answer:
Need to be evaluated in detail

Detailed Answer:
Hi

From your description ,it looks like you are suffering from some severe blistering disorder of the scalp .
The problem you have needs to be evaluated in detail by taking a skin biopsy or doing a pus culture and sensitivity .
You have been applying very potent topical steroids over the affected area but the condition tends to recur .
Such a problem needs to be managed with the help of oral steroids along with oral antibiotics .
I would advise you to see your nearby dermatologist soon and ask for further evaluation and treatment since it is surely a treatabe skin problem and can be managed .
For the time being ,i would suggest that you use a betadine based shampoo twice weekly followed by application of a potent topical steroid cream like clobetasol or halobetasol .

Hope it helps
