Brief Answer:
Yes it can be related

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I'm Dr Sudhir XXXXXXX

After going through your query, I came to know that you want to know whether interscapular pain can be related to heart problems. According to me, it can be related as heart pain can present as wide symptoms such as chest pains, abdominal pain including interscapular pain.

If it is related to heart, other symptoms such as as sweating, restlessness and relieved by rest and aggravated by exertion is there. Investigation like ECG,Echocardiogram, stress test and angiography show abnormally. It is relieved by vasodilator drugs such as sublingual isosorbates. You can discuss with your doctor about it and get evaluated for the same.

If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you good health. Take care.
