Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. She has not got fracture. As per her MRI report she has sprain of her wrist. Her MRI shows mainly central tear in the triangular fibrocartilage. As already 6weeks has passed so she is advisable to continue with Physiotherpy and can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. She is also having intraligament ganglion which is cystic lesion. I think it is also due to injury. She can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C is helpful in recovery. Physiotherpy is helpful to regain movements and strength. She has already been referred to hand surgeon for further opinion and treatment.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
