Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In The Knee

67 years old. Had knee surgery for torn meniscus (sp?) 4 years ago. My right knee is swollen above knee and leg above the knee. Very visible difference between left and right knee/leg. The entire right leg seems larger than the left. Pain when walking. Very puffy on inner side of knee left side of above knee cap but hole knee is swollen. This has not changed. No swelling has gone down remains the same. Photos enclosed. discoloration is scars from a fire in 94. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX I also heart issues , had bypass, defib. installed and infarction rate 21.

2.Do you have abnormal gait, sways on both side during walking?
