Brief Answer:
Wrist binder, avoid strenuous activity, get Xray

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

This could be sign of wrist arthritis.

You can wear a wrist binder. Apply cold or hot packs, whichever offers relief. Avoid weight lifting or strenuous activity. Hey am Xray of your wrist and kindly upload for my review.

Do get blood tests like ESR, CRP and Rheumatoid Factor some to find out cause and severity of arthritis.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
