Question: had a cesarean delivery in nov 2014 thereafter started having pain in right lower abdomen with swelling and inflamation with redness on skin

Please let me know few more details-
1. Since when you have these problems.
2. First was pain or redness.
3. Is there any discharge or pus coming out of wound now. Or did you have any wound discharge postoperative.
4. Let me know if you have changed cloths, undergarments or place of stay to rule out any new allergen leading to these symptoms.

A small triangular shaped focus in anterior wall is of concern.
Need to know if this is Pus collection that is causing frequent problem. Please show it to your gynecologist as this needs to be evacuated by putting a small incision.
This needs to be removed.

does pus reflects in ultrasound or mri?? or is it sme kind of bacterial growth?? can I go for an abdominal x ray?? will it show that..I googled my symtoms doc and felt if I m having adhesions or peritonitis?? pls help doc

This cannot be seen on imaging modalities like X ray.
MRI has shown triangular focus already.
Adhesions dont occur so soon. Peritonitis is unlikely.
