Question: I am a 40 something year old female. I have been diagnosed with familial hypermobility syndrome in which many of my joints dislocate upon any movement. Last XXXXXXX I also had a total elbow arthroplasty and still have much pain in my left arm. I have also been diagnosed with fibro, and have chronic pain in my back after I took a fall a couple of years ago and landed on my back. In addition, I have arthritis in both knees, and right elbow and even with taking 100 mg amitriptyline at night still a lot of pain, so much that when I walk it is very slowly. Last labs that were done june2013 came back normal, but ana has been elevated. Seems like neither my pcp, rheumatologist or neurologist have done anything to help the situation. It hurts to stretch, but I do it anyway, and have went from 223 lbs to 169lbs in 1.5 years. Are we missing something here, because my quality of life is so very poor right now
