Brief Answer:
She can do a hot compress.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The condition you are describing is called dysmenorrhoea.

It is seen commonly in most women. All most 95 -97% women face such problems. If there are no disturbances in her periods or if she has no other associated symptoms such as vaginal discharge, fever, difficulties while passing urine and so on, there is no reason to worry.

As far as treating pain is concerned, I would suggest you to consult a gynecologist for physical examination. Following evaluation, he/she can prescribe you antispasmodic drug which can prevent pain.

In the mean time, home measures such as hot compresses over the lower abdomen and massages can help. Over the counter analgesics such as ibuprofen can be useful on some occasions.

Be assured it is not a serious problem and will be redressed by assurance and proper treatment.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

thank you Doctor for answering the query and she only has pain and no other symptoms like irregular periods or fever etc., I was thinking she is taking pain reliever, however the gynecologist has prescribed her a table called " meftal spas " and she is taking two tablets during the first day and she doesn't take them next two days.

Wanted to know is that allowed to take two tablets? and is there any side effects? also is there any problem for pregnancy due to this?

do we need to do any physical operations like to fix?

Brief Answer:
Meftal spas is safe.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The pain that she has is due to uterine contractions during the periods which is a normal happening. This cannot be fixed with a surgery. It is a normal physiology. Taking just two tablets of Meftal spas are absolutely safe. There is no need to worry. It will not have any affect on her ability to conceive. It is rather indicative of having fertile periods.
Hope my answer is helpful.
