Hello!

Thank you for the query.

When was your last colonoscopy?
Your symptoms can be caused by several issues including urinary tract infection, gastrointestinal infection. If the last colonoscopy was few years ago, large intestine issues like diverticulitis or some lump.
Urinary tract infection usually gives also frequent urinating, burning while urinating. Fever can be present.
Gastrointestinal infection can give cramps, bloating, nausea, loose stools, blood and/or mucus in the stool.
I suggest you to start with soft diet (avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods) and probiotic intake. If it wont help in a day or two, you should have stool tests done. Urine analysis should be also done.
Fatty liver does not cause any pain at all so it is not the reason of your problems.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Colonoscopy done 2 yrs. ago this month.
After taking 2 glasses of that stuff you take.. my stomach was in such pain - and of course was on the pot - called doc on call and he said I was probably 80% cleaned out - and not to take the rest - that I knew my body. Got a call from a nurse who chewed me out even though do said to stop - also to see if I could come in at an earlier time - not a lot earlier but thankful and they gave me I think an enema to make sure I was cleaned out enough - hated that - very sensitive to many things. They also did another endoscopy -was at doc again this am due to eating a few sesame sticks and having gone to the br with loose stools and heart racing and sweating - testing homosystein/CRP as I requested last week then also tests for some food allergies. I eat anything it effects my sinuses - been having a crusty bloody nose since Feb and seems worse -I don't know what probiotic to take - tried Culturell - 2 different types as first one had something inthat made me sleepy - Doc is not the greatest - how do I ask for a urine test w/o having to make another appt. and I can urinate a lot but never have burning - I drink a lot of water but it does seem I can go a lot in a short amt. of time - was told my whatever female stuff - whatever - is sagging - was told that last yr when when had pap done. So do I have to have a colonoscopy done - desire NOT to and is there another test to check for diverticulitis?

Detailed Answer:
You may try dipstic urine test, however regular urine analysis is much better. Diverticulitis can be also diagnosed with abdominal CT and some doctors can do that with an ultrasound.
From your description it seems that the last colonoscopy were done in not good prepared bowel. And good preparation is very important to see whole large intestine and to rule it out. So if diverticulitis and uti will be ruled out, colonoscopy should be done once again.
