                                    Brief Answer:
surgical removal required
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I understand your concern about this issue.
After reading the report as stated by you it looks like an endometrioma which is an ovarian cyst with chocolate colored material inside.
It needs to be removed surgically and in case not removed there are high chances of increase in size and repeated episodes of acute pain abdomen.
So just consult a laparoscopic surgeon at the earliest and get it removed.
In case you have any questions I will be happy to help.

negligible chances
Detailed Answer:
It is uncommon to have a cystic tumor at her age.
But in any case she needs to get it surgically removed and the tissue will be sent for histological analysis.
So don't keep negative thoughts and opt for laparoscopic removal.
All the best.

                                    Brief Answer:
slightly decreased chances of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Yes the affected ovary can get damaged and thus decreasing chances of pregnancy a little in future.
But it is tried by every surgeon to try to save as much ovarian tissue as much as possible.
Still it is still not a matter of much concern as the leftover normal ovary tries to compensate for the lost ovarian tissue in surgery.
So let's hope for the best and its good that at least other ovary is normal.
Take care.
