Suggest Treatment For Pain In Back And Sides

Question: please help. .I can't breathe right.. I'm diabetic .. my whole back and sides are in pain on fire.. I've lost 30 pounds in 6 days, my temp is 94.6 and I'm desperate to get some answers.. xray ct bloodwork they claim is normal.. I know my body how I'm feeling and I'm scared to death! I've been in and out of ers and they claim things are normal... one time my gfr was >59 and I had extra large ketones and blood in my urine.. I had this sane problem chasing my tail but my whole body hurt when I had lyme and Co infections! I am very desperate I think I have a systematic infection! and I can't get anyone to listen or help me!

Good day.
sorry to hear about your symptoms.
But it is good to know that all your blood works and scans so far have been good. However if you have had such a drastic weight loss in last few days,that is likely to be due to body water loss. How is your diabetes status. Please get a urine ketone test as well. It will be good to get a blood and urine culture to rule out an occult infection.
The burning sensation in body could be part of truncal neuropathy.

I think I'm may have a systematic fungal or bacterial infection my side under my left breast hurts my mid back where I'm trying to get air in hurts and my kidneys hurt as well as my liver.. I have a yellow palate and I'm scared.. I never thought it be this hard to get help..

Okay. your Xrays and CT scan were normal. so you are unlikely to have a major problem. I think you have pleuritic chest pain. You may need to take anti inflammatory drugs to relieve the pain. As I mentioned earlier, kindly try to get a blood and urine culture done.

I am repeating my statements again. you need to do urine and blood culture tests . include fungal culture of urine.
