Suggest Treatment For Pain In Eyes And Bruised Eyelids

The photos show subconjunctival hemorrhage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.
I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history the photos attached with the question.
These photos show subconjunctival hemorrhage and bleeding into the eyelids called as ecchymosis.
Though the eye looks red, but actually this condition is not dangerous as it looks. This occurs because of bleeding under the conjunctiva and into eyelids. This usually occurs following injury but can also occur following vigorous vomiting.
This condition will resolve over 1-2 weeks slowly as the blood gets absorbed. No treatment is required. Applying cold compression will help.
You need to continue treatment for eye infection as per advice of your doctor.
Hence I advice you not to worry.
If you have symptoms of decreased or blurred vision you need to consult your doctor, otherwise this will resolve over 1-2 weeks.
Hope this answers your question.
Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you

You need to consult if decreased vision has started after bleeding.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for follow up question.
Subconjunctival hemorrhage will not cause decreased or blurred vision.
Hence if the decreased vision is pre existing one because of your earlier eye infection then you can wait till tomorrow.
If the decreased vision has come after subconjunctival haemorrhage you need to consult your doctor.
If your eye doctor is not available you can consult your optometrist.
Hope this answers your question.
