Visited an urologist he physically checked my left testicle and said there is an infection just drink water it will go away.
The pain is still there.
Visited another doctor he prescribed cifran ct for 15 days and suggested taking rest. After 5-10 days the pain disappeared and i was painless fir next 2-3 weeks .
The pain again started with a burning sensation . So i visited another urologist he said it is due to infection in prostrate he gave me Alfoo 100 mg and bactol 100 mg but again it caused more pain so i stopped taking them.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to inflammation of spermatic cord (Funicullitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and scanning reports that you have posted it appears that you r pain in left testicle may be due to inflammation of Spermatic cord(Funicullitis).

In view of all the scanning reports being normal it is likely to be due to inflammation of spermatic cord (Funicullitis) which is not detected in scanning .

Please take Cifran along with anti inflammatory medicine Diclofenac and Hetrazan (Diethylcarbamazine ) twice daily for 3 weeks

Using scrotal support will help you to give relief from pain .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
