Brief Answer:
Likely to be musculoskeletal pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Lower backache could be most likely to be due to musculoskeletal pain especially so if it's continuous in nature and associated with increase following change in position.

It would be very helpful if you could provide me with the following additional information so that I am able to guide you well and help you in getting relieved of pain

1. Since how long has the pain been present?
2. Where is the exact location of pain
3. Is the pain continuous pain or colicky in nature ?
4. Do you have any urinary complaints
5. Any pain in buttock or legs ?

Awaiting your response

Take care

Kindly consult your physician

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms

Pain persisting inspite of all the remedies ,possibility of prolonged muscle spasm or disc compression needs to be considered. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. You may also require MRI scan based on clinical assessment.
I would suggest you to consult your physician for thorough clinical examination and assessment.
