Brief Answer:
needs work up and management if pain persists

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in right hip referring to back and torso needs evaluation, it could be musculoskeletal , ligaments , soft tissue or nerve related. You have already used ice and aleve and it not responding makes it worth consideration for workup and evaluation of differentials.

With no trauma in history, i would suspect some age related arthralgias like osteoarthritis but they don't show up suddenly. Other possibilities of pinched nerve etc should be ruled out like herniated disc prolapse etc.

Nutshell take some painkillers, some muscle relaxants, rest for a while and if the pain persists talk to a doctor and let them run some labs to assess the cause and etiology behind this.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
