Brief Answer:
Can be a muscular pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the right wrist and arm could be due to muscular pain caused by a bad posture. The associated nausea can be due to cervical spondylosis or gastritis. This should subside with mild pain killers after meals and rest.
You can take an over the counter antiemetic also. In case the pain is persistent then do consult your physician for stronger prescription medicines.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
