I have gone through your query. If the hit is mild then home treatment works. You can apply ice packs on and off. Give scortal support by wearing an underwear. Keep a some soft gauze piece folded under scortum before putting underwear also. You can take over the counter NSAIDs like Ibuprofen.

But if there is intense pain or there is swelling then consult a general surgeon or urologist for local examination.
