Brief Answer:
Could be injury to tendo-achilles.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion and the detailed description you have given , It looks that probably you have damages tour tendon which is attached to heel ( Tendo Achilles).
At present just apply Ice , take any painkiller and take rest. Tomorrow you can either go to ER or consult an orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment. You might need a MRI to confirm the diagnosis.
Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
