Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Arm With Headache
Question: I have an Archiness in my left arm, started 3 days ago. Felt like I slept on it the wrong way, also itchy. Last night worst headache ever , went to bed and still woke up with it.

Usually taking a very low calorie diet and also briny on blood sugar lowering Medicine can cause problems like headache, especially of you aren't hydrated enough. You need to drink atleast 2-3 litres of water daily.
Do check your blood sugar after 2 hours of your meal to make sure you are in the acceptable blood sugar value range.
Do take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg the time you get your headache and you shall be relieved of it in a few minutes.
The aching in the left arm and itchiness could be due to prolonged pressure and possible sweat accumulation or allergic reaction. Do wear only soft cotton or linen clothing in bed. Do keep the limb elevated. Try to lie only on your back while sleeping. Take Tablet Cetrizine 10mg at night for the itching.
