Question: Past 3-4 days have had pain along inside of Left bicep. Straight line bruise has appeared inside bicep. Pain is now along top front of arm. What is it

Thanks for your query, albeit very short.

To recapitulate: Female/51 - pain along inside of left biceps - 3-4 days - straight line bruise appeared inside biceps - pain is along the top front of arm - wants to know what it is...

As per the history you have provided, this looks to be due to idiopathic thrombo-phlebitis of the vein at the area you have mentioned.
