Brief Answer:
Probably muscles strained.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Seems like muscles that support your spine are strained or ruptured.

It is necessary to confirm this possibility and to evaluate the degree of the damage by imaging studies ( more exactly MRI ) of your spine.

MRI evaluates and any bony or discal displacement that may be responsible for the symptoms too.

If no complete rupture of the muscles, physical therapy is the right thing to do.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
