Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Navel Area
Question: Stomach muscles tight belly button severely soar to touch like a knot and severely soar at my belly button stomach muscles feel like they keep contracting

I am so sorry to hear about this soreness. It sounds a little strange and I will like to know if you have witnessed any swelling at the navel. If yes, that could mean a hernia and if not, a hernia is very unlikely.
Right now, I will suggest you take Tylenol to address the pains. Observe only and if this become repetitive, we will need examinations and maybe imaging to see what exactly the problem might be at the navel. If it doesn’t continue, it might have XXXXXXX nothing more than a pulled muscle around this area.

My naval gets a little swollen feels solid rock hard severally sore then after relaxing for a few hours I can touch it seems to gets less sore then goes away
