As per your complain yes, there is a possibility that you might have infection in the tooth post trauma and as after taking Clindamycin that is an antibiotic and reduces infection there is a possibility that taking antibiotic is reducing infection and it might be leading to reduced pain..
But for complete resolution treatment of tooth is needed..
You should first of all get an x ray done and send me a scan of it then I will guide you accordingly..
As of now you can continue taking antibiotic as per the advised course and can also take pain relievers..
Please also tell me that you are advised only Clindamycin or along with it any other medication like painkillers is also given?
