Brief Answer:
Add physiotherapy, local heat and local application of pain killer gel.
Detailed Answer:
Hi ,I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
The medication you are taking is good enough for relieving the pain. I would suggest that you start hot fomentation, local application of analgesic cream and physiotherapy like IFT in addition to medicine.
It might tale few days to weeks to get good relief, but the pain starts reducing in a day or two.
