Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Wrist
Question: Hi I have had had wrist pain for the past 4 months. I did not injure my wrist the pain developed after I began exercising. I have had an x-ray and an MRI and the last doctor I saw said I have arthritis. He prescribed anti inflammatory medication. Over the past months I have been taking Indocin as needed about 1 every 1 to two days., It does help about 60 percent. Is there anything natural I can try ? Thank you
