Suggest Treatment For Pain In Tibia
I also run 3 to 4 times a week. when I run I am not noticing any pain but when i walk noticing some times (not always especially during night).
can you please let me know what should i do to get relief.

Change in shoe is very likley the problem.

Hi XXXXXXX Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. From what you have given me here, I agree with your idea that the change in shoes may be causing your issues.
There's a simple way to fix that.. use your old shoes and see if the pain goes away. That will be proof positive. If you don;t want to do that. Then i suggest you wear the new shoes and go to a good Physical Therapist and get your walking and running gait examined under their professional eye. They will see which part of your movements is causing the trouble.
To control the Pain, the best I can suggest is Over the counter meds like Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. Use them sparingly, but use them to bring down the pain and swelling. Soaking your feet in HOT water with an Epsom Salt helps as well. Try and elevate your feet when you sit back or lie down. That will help as well.
If the pain persists nothing is helping, then we will have to start looking into getting X-rays and MRI's to look at the joint in detail. I don't want to belabor you with all those possibilities until it necessary.
