A physical examination, along with an ultrasound and/or color doppler of the scrotum and testes should confirm the diagnosis
In the mean time use scrotal support and a good antiinflammatory agent

I did a utra sound scan, There was no evidence of Varicocele

If there is no Varicocle, it would be a simple inflammation of the cord or the testes
Take a tablet of Ibuprofen 400mg three times a day for five days
