Question : Hi,

I'm having mild pain in the veins above left testicle some times right too,What could be the reason.

Probably Varicocele

Hi

Thanks for writing in

Pain in testicles more on left and occasional on right in your age is classic of a varicocele clinically

A physical examination, along with an ultrasound and/or color doppler of the scrotum and testes should confirm the diagnosis

In the mean time use scrotal support and a good antiinflammatory agent

Hi,

I did a utra sound scan, There was no evidence of Varicocele
What could be the reason for pain.

If there is no Varicocle, it would be a simple inflammation of the cord or the testes

Take a tablet of Ibuprofen 400mg three times a day for five days
