Suggest Treatment For Pain Radiating From Shoulder To Arms
Question: for one and a half month i am having a shouldedr muscle spasm,with pain radiating to the arm and forearm.i have taken muscle relaxants,diclofenac,acilofenac,pregabalin,but not much relief.also two or three nodules have appeared on forearm.doctor gave serratiopeptidse to dissolve and now says to take bandy plus for de worming.he says it could be due to worm eggs in the muscle

Hello,
I have studied your case. I think that you are having two different diseases. First one is cervical spondylitis with nerve compression in the neck leading to tingling and numbness in whole arm.
Other problem is parasite egg in the forearm.
I would recommend you following.
1.Get parasite egg removed through surgery. It should not be kept there as it can cause allergic reaction some time. Also there is chances that your pain may get relieved after this.
For cervical spondylitis I would suggest you following.
1.Intermittent cervical traction and neck muscle strengthening exercises.
2.Avoid using very high pillow or keeping neck in same position for long time.
3.Soft cervical collar is also helpful.
4.Tablet Pregabalin M continue for three weeks, should be taken at night time.

can parasite egg be removed through medication?also,my cervical spondolysios is 20 years old,but this is the first time pain is in shoulder bone.the forearm pain increases after keyboard work
