Brief Answer:
Likely to be perianal abscess

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

If the location of blister is near tha anal opening it is likely to be perianal abscess. As the pus has started to come it(implying decompression), the pain is likely to come down. If surgical intervention in form of incision and drainage is required or no depends on clinical examination(providing clinical photograph will be helpful).

In the meantime I would suggest you the following to help in drainage and healing

1. hot Seitz Bath: To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of antiseptic solution. Sit in it immersing your bottom for 15-20 minutes each session twice a day.

the warmthness will reduce pain and also help in drainage

2. Dr the area after Seitz bath and apply antibiotic ointment

3. Analgesic like Ibuprofen which is OTC will help relieve pain

4. Oral antibiotics for 5 days

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you
