I have severe itching problem in my groin area as well for many years but these pimple(blisters) are happening in last couple of months. A month ago I also saw a bump in my groin area which gradually disappeared. Need your help to understand the condition.
Brief Answer:
Furuncle; Oral and Topical antibacterial
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image
This seems like a furuncle, which is a bacterial infection of skin and soft tissue.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest that you take an Oral antibiotic e.g Amoxicillin Or Cephalexin for a week. You may also take an Oral antiinflammatory e.g Ibuprofen, once or twice daily for symptomatic relief from pain. I would also suggest you to apply an antibacterial ointment e.g mupirocin Ointment Or Neomycin ointment, twice daily. Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs and I suggest that you talk to your primary care physician for the needful.
