Suggest Treatment For Painful Bruise Under Foot Caused By Raynaud's Disease

Question: For the past two months, I have been experiencing a new problem. It first began when I was walking barefoot in my home and felt as though I had stepped on a small round object, however when I looked under my foot, there was a small bulge coming from the inside of the ball of my foot that began to throb. Within minutes, it turned blue in that area and when the pain finally went away by the next day, the bruise remained for a bit longer. This has happened a few times now, and is always painful. It seems to happen randomly and is not related to an injury. It is always very painful, causes a bulge in the ball of my foot, and leaves a blue bruise. It comes on rapidly and always last approx 24 hrs. Since then it has now progressed to other parts of my body. It recently happened on my thumb. I had been washing my hands with warm water, then suddenly when I went to use my hand in a normal capacity, my thumb bulged, throbbed with pain, and the entire thumb turned blue. This lasted one day and then went away. Next it happened to the side of my hand, running from the base of my pinky finger to my wrist. I was simply relaxing on the couch watching a movie, when I got up from the couch, this area of my hand suddenly began to throb, bulge out, and then turn blue. It lasted a little over one day. I don't understand why this is happening or what is causing it. The fact that each time it comes on suddenly and results in tremendous pain has me concerned. I am unable to walk on the foot when it happens in that area or use my hand when it happens in the thumb or the side of my hand. The pain, swelling, and bulging in those areas make me unable to use my foot or hand until it goes away, which is usually within 24 hrs. The areas also seem a bit cold to the touch or chilled even though I am not necessarily feeling cold nor is the rest of my body cold. Do you know what could be causing this?
