Suggest Treatment For Painful Gum Sores

Question: I want to ask why i'm getting sores on my gums, they seem to get a little better when I put oral gel or ambesol on them... But then they reappear. they reoccur and they're painful.. Do you have any idea what causes them. I wear dentures but it's definitely not caused by them.. I've mentioned them to my primary care doctor, but he really doesn't seem to address them.. This has been going on for about 2 years.. Is there anything I can do about this ? I'm at my wits end...

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to vitamin B complex deficiency. Vitamin C deficiency also can cause. So taking supplements of these regularly will be helpful.
Corticosteroid oral paste like kenacort or gels containing benzalkonium chloride like zytee gel will be helpful at the time of episodes of sores.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
