bad heel pain for about 6 weeks thought bad boots got new boots thought stone bruise went to doc sent me to xray said bone spur.pain pill sometime @nite.no diabetes thyroid or smoke.thought my have been gout have history of gout took indomethacin not much relief

Hello, I have studied your case and I think you are having planter fasciitis. In this condition there is pain in heel due to bone spur. I have following suggestions for you.
1.keep your both feet in warm water 20 minutes daily for 6 weeks.
2.you can use silicone insole in the shoes.
3.stand on toes for two minutes daily 30 to 40 times.
4.in resistant case steroid injection can be used.
