Question: I have a hard lump on my soft skin around the clitoris.is it something to worry about? It is painful.

Wear loose cotton inners.Apply hot fomentation.Do not apply any pressure over it and dont try to express anything.Take Ibuprofen or paracetamol for pain.Apply mupirocin ointment if it is ruptured.
With these measures mostly it might subside in 3 to 5 days.Meanwhile if the size and pain increase then consult gynaecologist as you might need drainage of pus and oral antiboitics.
If you are a diabetic then also consult doctor as you might need oral antiboitics.
