Suggest Treatment For Painful Lymph Glands Under Chin, Clavicle And Behind Neck

Question: I have chronically painful lymph glands under my chin, clavicle and back of my neck. I have general malaise, to the point where I need to take a rest after showering. My body aches constantly and I have a constant headache. I also have an unrelenting pain/pressure at the base of my skull where my head attaches to my neck. My WBC last taken 8/29/2015 was 2.88. It has been low for some time. I have a history of RA but have been off my meds (leflunomide and Enbrel) since I began feeling ill on 8/20/2015. I have had a CT of my maxillary sinuses that have proven clear, a scope of my sinuses which showed some lesions--placed on antibiotics (Keflex) and muprocin in nasal passages from 9/1-9/10. Nothing has helped the symptoms from the beginning of this text. Do you have any recommendations of who/where to go next?
Brief Answer:
Systemic disease
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I read you query and understand your concern
In my opinion as I read your symptoms I would try to further explore about complications of AR
You should schedule some blood test such as ANA, XXXXXXX PCR and consult a rheumatologist
Anyway i dont think you have reason to be worried too much
You need confirmation about my doubts and once started treatment you will be fine
So if you were one of my patient first consult a rheumatologist and run those blood test
Wish you good health and fast recovery
Please feel free to ask further questions or if you have any doubts
Best regards

Are you saying look into further complications of RA? I have already been diagnosed with RA. These are symptoms that are outside my usual scope of symptoms with RA.
Brief Answer:
Further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Yes dear
That is my opinion
Systemic disease can provoke those symptoms
I strongly reccomend to consult a rheumatologist, a good one
Hope I have been of help
