Suggest Treatment For Painful Pus Filled Sores On The Buttock

Question: I sit all day as a court reporter, and have developed 2 (approx 1 inch) sores on my buttock. Painful and oozing. Is there a soak and or an ointment I could use?

- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water and added antiseptic liquid

- Can purchase Polysporin cream without prescription from shop and apply it
2 - 3 times a day .
