Brief Answer:
It can be a brain problem
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that either she is having brain problem or it may be weakness due to old age. As you said that you ave done MRI recently so I would not ask you to repeat it but I have following suggestions for you.
1. Get a neurologist opinion if weakness is due to brain. MRI can be normal in some cases.
2. Get her blood pressure, Serum B 12 level.
3. DEXA scan to confirm bone weakness ( osteoporosis)
I would recommend you to start following after discussing with your doctor.
1. Tablet Methylcobal daily
2. Tablet CCM daily
3. maintain good hydration and salt in the body
I hope these steps will help her. Let me know if there is any oher followup questions.
thanks
