Ive had a very bad case of the flu 3 days now but this morning my heart beat started going really fast? Im not sure why and i have a rasing heart?

Ive been ask to go back into work tomorrow im a chef in a 5star hotel, do you think its wise whike my heart is like this?

Ive just contes how many beats in a minute and its around 105 couldnt keep up, and no my flu is still very much here :(
