Question: Hello,
Ive had a very bad case of the flu 3 days now but this morning my heart beat started going really fast? Im not sure why and i have a rasing heart?

Also has your flu symptoms completely recovered ?

If your Heart rate is slightly high and no persisting flu symptoms then you can go to work .

Ive just contes how many beats in a minute and its around 105 couldnt keep up, and no my flu is still very much here :(

Your Heart rate is slightly elevated . ( Upto 100 at rest is considered normal ). Your raised heart rate is due to your persisting Flu symptoms but there is no need to be very concerned .

But if flu symptoms are still persisting better you take an off from work tomorrow .
