Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Age of 74 with history of exercise, weight lifting followed by walking for 7 miles leading to limb sensations compromise for 5 minutes is normal sequelae of excessive work out and nothing to worry about. All you have to do is adjust the lifestyle, avoid weight lifting, keep jogging and walking but reduce time to 40 to 45 minutes daily instead of this strenuous walk outs and the issue will resolve.

Take some tylenol and rest meanwhile for complete remission of symptoms, i hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
