In general however, patients of stroke recover slowly with the help of physical exercises, in addition to medicines. Improvement is usually gradual over months or year.Sometimes, patient may not fully recover.

I have gone through all the attachments,however, there is no CT Brain report in it. CT chest, though mentions the possibility of lung infection.
Your uncle being a stroke patient must be having a CT Brain report,please enquire about it and upload the same.

I have gone through the CT scan report. CT scan shows MCA infarct. He should continue regularly with medicines and exercises/physiotherapy.His paresis will improve slowly, may be over a period of months. Exercises are the key to recovery and medicines are to be continued for life to prevent future stroke.

Antiplatelets and statins for life

Medicines which must be continued forever are antiplatelet(Ecosprin or clopidogrel) and statins( Atorvastatin).Along with perindopril, should preferably be given.Further, citecoline and piracetam should be given for about 3 months.
Medicines must be given under physician's guidance.
