Question: I am 26 years Male, It wasn't till just this week that, I read online that apparently you're supposed to be able to pull your foreskin back behind the head of your penis. I cannot pull back my foreskin when its erected. In fact, I can pull back when its normal. I don't have any problems with my penis (it's functioning fine), which is probably why I never realized this before, but now I am trying to figure out if this is normal at all or not. I am worried if it hurts if i have sex without Condom.. Do i have to under go Circumcision ?
Brief Answer:
You probably have partial Phimosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have partial Phimosis meaning there by that you are able to retract your foreskin over glans penis when penis is flaccid state but unable to retract the same when penis is erect.
Normally during sex foreskin is retracted over glans penis and it acts as sleeve during to and fro movements during sex.
Inability to retract it completely may cause you pain and difficulty in penetration of vagina during sex .
Please consult qualified General surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination .You may need to get circumcised .
This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure .to have enjoyable sexual life.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
