Brief Answer:
Either toxic epidermal necrolysis or immunobullous disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be either toxic epidermal necrolysis which mostly occurs as a reaction to some drug or an immunobullous disease of the skin.
Was she taking any medicine prior to the eruption of these blisters?
Is there involvement of her mouth, lips and genitals?
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist immediately and get a complete work up done.

Hello doctor
We got biopsy done
Doctors told us she is suffering from ten
Toxic epidermal disease
Now she does not have any reaction on face and chest but she has huge reaction on arms legs and back with armpits and is in very high pain
Is there a treatment of this disease considering she is 87 years old ?

Brief Answer:
Treatment is supportive with monitoring of vitals and blood tests

Detailed Answer:
Treatment in toxic epidermal necrolysis is basically supportive.
It consists of maintaining fluid and electrolytes in the individuals, pain control, maintaining body temperature and nutrition, limiting the infection, broad spectrum antibiotics and wound care.
Prognosis depends on age of the patient, percentage of involvement of body area and other blood tests like urea, sugar and bicarbonate.
If her vitals and blood tests are normal, with proper care she may recover.
All the best.
