Suggest Treatment For Perforated Eardrum

Question: Pus had come out of my left ear and I felt mild hearing loss.after three days I visited ent specialist. He told me that I have perforated eardrum and prescribed some tablets. After five days I met him again. He cleaned my perforated ear. And prescribed doxcef-o,diclotec-s,rantac,cetrizine plus candibiotics eardrops. After applying ear drops I have watery ear. Why do I have watery ear which has perforation.
