Question: Dr. XXXXXXX

you sent me an e-mail asking how I am doing, a little better but not 100 percent

I have not taken Xanax since new years eve and have not experienced any panic attacks either.
I am doing EFT Tapping to cope with anxiety
I am doing acupuncture to also help with anxiety and some physical issues
every now and then I experience a flare up in the ribcage (costochondritis), which I will take an ibuprofen for
and my head feels like I am flustered, sometimes I take meclizine for
will be seeing my family doctor on Thursday
and an ear nose / throat doctor on the 31st
I am taking noni juice and ginger tablets to reduce inflammation in the body

thanks for asking

Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

Hope you have been better. I am sorry but I didn't send you any email. I just checked my inbox to confirm it.

You may follow up your progress here. I would be glad to be of assistance.

With regards to inflammation in your body, it would be a good idea to get tested for markers of inflammation like ESR and CRP. If they are within normal range then there would be no need of any anti inflammatory meds.

The measures you took for controlling the anxiety issues are right and can be continued. Cognitive behavioral therapy, yoga and breathing exercises would also help.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
