Brief Answer:
food allergy testing
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I suggest that you find someone near you that does IgG food allergy testing. This kind of food allergy is often the root cause of severe chronic gastritis. Also add probiotics daily and make sure you are taking a good multivitamin/multimineral supplement with additional fish oil.
There are surgical options for relieving gastritis but I would try the food allergy testing first. It can make a life changing difference if you can get rid of the foods that are causing your symptoms.
