Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,
I do understand how disturbing how this could be. However, I think the most urgent thing to do now is getting relief from the pain, as you plan to get a proper clinical review. For now, simple analgesics like Acetaminophen in appropriate doses should be OK.
It is not rare after such a procedure to experience some post procedural pain, which gradually fades out most of the time within a couple of days. I do think its really too early for you to be this bothered.
It is of utmost importance to get a proper review from your doctor. I think you urgently need to get a good quality chest X ray done. This shall give a good idea with respect to the integrity of the chest (lung and heart ) structures.
In case the chest X ray is ok, you have no fever no signs of an infection, you will really have not to bother.
For now, pain control, stay calm, get a chest ray done and obtain the opinion of the pulmonologist in case X ray reveals anything serious or pain persists or aggravates.
Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
