All 3 conditions can be diagnosed with colonoscopy. This test is strongly advisable at this point. Especially that diarrhea lasts for a long time and no medicine is helping.
If colonoscopy is negative, you should consider stool test and stool culture test. You should also discuss with your doctor Rifaximine treatment. In a meanwhile please also check your thyroid hormones.
